This Decree provides for conditions for provision of training for crewmembers and operators of internal waterway vessels and issuance of certificates of eligibility for provision of training for crewmembers and operators of internal waterway vessels in Vietnam

This Decree comes into force from July 1st, 2016. The previous regulations on conditions for provision of training for crewmembers and operators of internal waterway vessels that contravene this Decree are null and void

  • To abrogate clause 2 Article 11 of this Decree from November 1st, 2022, according to the regulations at Decree No. 54/2022/ND-CP dated August 22nd, 2022..
