This Circular supplements regulations on fee for issuance of architecture practicing certificate which is 300,000 VND/certificate (for the first-time issuance and conversion); 150,000 VND/certificate (for re-issuance, renewal, and recognition of certificate).

Fee for grade adjustment and conversion of certificate of construction capacity shall be increased to from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND/certificate.

This Circular takes effect from August 8th, 2022 and abrogates Circular No. 172/2016/TT-BTCstatus1 dated October 27th, 2016.

Amendement notes
Clause 1 Article 5 of this Circular shall be abrogated from December 22nd, 2022, according to the regulations at Circular No. 74/2022/TT-BTC dated December 22nd, 2022.
