This Decree provides for the management of green trees in urban centers nationwide.

Domestic and foreign organizations and individuals involved in the management of urban green trees in the Vietnamese territory shall comply with this Decree

This Decree takes effect on July 30th, 2010.

Amendement notes
Article 19 of this Decree shall be abolished from September 15th, 2018 according to the regulations at Decree No. 100/2018/ND-CPstatus2 dated July 16th, 2018.
