08/2018/NĐ-CP - Business conditions in 8 sectors shall be abrogated

This Circular comes into force from February 19th, 2019. Regulations on templates of applications and lists included in applications for License to manufacture tobacco products, and template of License to manufacture tobacco products herein shall come into force from January 1st, 2020.

To abrogate Circular No. 21/2013/TT-BCT dated September 25th, 2013.
