Circular No. 10/2022/TT-BNV dated December 19th, 2022 of the Minister of Home Affairs on prescribing document retention periods

This Circular provides for new regulations on the retention periods of documents obtained during operation of regulatory authorities and organizations.

This Circular applies to regulatory authorities, political organizations, socio-political organizations, political-social-professional organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, economic organizations, administrative units, people's armed force units.

This Circular takes effect from February 15th, 2023.

To abrogate Circular No. 09/2011/TT-BNV dated June 3rd, 2011 and Circular No. 13/2011/TT-BNV dated October 24th, 2011.
