The Ministry of Construction notes that Decree No. 02/2022/ND-CP only regulate procedures for transfer of real estate project; it does not regulate procedures for making adjustments to investment policy or adjustments to investment registration certificate.
Accordingly, procedures for making adjustments to investment policy, adjustments to investment registration certificate after transfer of a real estate project shall be carried out according to laws on investment.
Regarding distinction between procedures for transfer of the whole or a part of a real estate project, it is regulated at Article 9 of Decree No. 02/2022/ND-CP .
