This Decree provides for pharmacy practice certificate; pharmacy business; export and import of drugs; registration of herbal ingredients, excipients, softgel shells; assessment of overseas drug manufacturers; power, method and procedures for recalling medicinal ingredients; handling of recalled medicinal ingredients; documents and procedures for issuance of certification of drug advertisement and drug price management.
According to the new regulations provided in this Decree, with regard to a pharmacy practice certificate, apart from the grant in the form of consideration of application for the pharmacy practice certificate, now it shall be also granted in the form of examination. A person who obtains the pharmacy practice certificate after passing an examination will be eligible to certain incentives when he/she applies to a public health organization.
This Decree takes effect from July 1st, 2017
