In comparison with the earlier regulations provided in Circular No. 33/2012/TT-BTCstatus1 , this Circular neither increase nor reduce fee rates for grant a construction practice certificate to individual, foreign investor. In particular, the fee rate for grant of a construction practice certificate to an individual is still VND 300,000 per certificate and the fee rate for grant of a construction activity license to a foreign contractor is VND 2,000,000 per license.

However, this Circular additionally regulates on the fee rate for grant of a construction capacity certificate to organizations, which is VND 1,000,000 per certificate.

This Circular takes effect from January 1st, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 33/2012/TT-BTCstatus1 dated March 1st, 2012.

Effective notes
This Circular shall be expired from August 8th, 2022, replaced by Circular No. 38/2022/TT-BTCstatus2 dated June 24th, 2022.
